Started shopping here because of the Coast to Coast AM ads.
We have been using these products since 2009 and I can't remember being treated so poorly by a customer service representative. Shipping charges should be shown to the purchaser before the order is submitted. We recently ordered the box 36 bars of soap ($55), and unbeknownst to us they charged us $18 to ship it to Arizona. There was no mention of this when we placed the order, only when the confirmation email arrived where we made aware of this shipping charge.
