Not recommend,not professional & slow
I'm assuming this is the florist from where my Mother's Day bouquet was shipped from (this is the address on the shipping label)--completely wilted and with so few flowers that it made the vase seem like a sipping straw holder. I called, waited 45 minutes on hold, and presented my complaint. They were willing to send out a replacement bouquet on Tuesday (it's Saturday right now). I requested a better offer of compensation.
