I had to many bad experiences with the ************* home park manager ******* ******. I would like to recommend this to the higher management to get a replacement with this person. Shes a very in unprofessional person. She is rude and disrespectful. She need to take a course for customer relations for better management.

Vice President. associated with PCI, inc. Steiner & Associates. They are practicing predatory actions against the senior citizens of that community. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO LIVE DUE TO MANAGERS.
The park its self is ok and in a good location. However management of the park is not good. High prices and they will hold your trailer hostage. My grandmother passed away and we are dealing with the estate and they wont let us sell the trailer. They claim we have to go through them. Also they tried to force us to sign a resident agreement just to pay the lot rent while we get things figured out. I have lived here a long time. It has gone down hill so bad with new owners. $30 rent increase every yr for 5yrs now. No upkeep roads are terrible 1pool not working no laundry room. This is a senior park and we are treated bad some have had to move even abandoned homes. This is so sad. We are on set incomes some on disability. They just don't care. Do not move here. I would never recommend buying a home from here to anyone unless you are buying a new home. I was really taken advantage of when I purchased a home from Cal-Am properties in 2016. They told me that they had an inspection of the home done and that the home was in good condition, so I did not have an inspection of my own done. I took there word for it and I sincerely thought that they were being honest and truthful. But come to find out that they lied. The park itself is very nice. BUT we currently have an onsite property manager who has an aggressive, confrontational manner. There are NO people skills when dealing with residents and staff. The manager has caused a number of residents to consider moving solely due to her abusive mannerisms. Friends have been looking to buy in the park but witnessed first hand her obnoxious ways and have reconsidered. It's a shame if the parent company CalAm allows this to continue much longer.
