The cake looked amazing, until I noticed the name was wrong. I was met with a blank stare, with no emotion at all. She was the person who took the order at the beginning of the week. She double checked to make sure the name was on the order (like that mattered) and it WAS ordered correctly. She said asked the other person taking a cake order to assist her in fixing the name. Bought my mother in law's eighth birthday cake there. Wow. Edible red roses and gold bows. Cake was incredible and the fondant tasted good too. Highly recommend this place for really special occasion.
Amazing cake and Amazing customer service! I recently ordered a wedding cake from cakes plus and the cake turned out beautifully. Nina and Mario were able to take my vision and make it a possibility. The cake tasted wonderful and the customer service I received was absolutely amazing! I do not understand all of the negative reviews on this website, I guess some people just do not appreciate the amount of work it takes to make a spectacular cake.
3D Baptism Cake I recently went to Cakes Plus for my son's baptism cake. The cake was a 3D toy box cake with toys made out of sugar. It was absolutely out of this world!! None of my guests guessed that it was a cake because the details were so real. It honestly looked like an actual toy box. The cake tasted Amazing! My husband and I chose their secret pound cake as the flavor. I highly recommend this place.

A close friend of mine recommend Cakes Plus to do the cake for my nephew birthday party.Let me tell you, the service is amazing and the best part is that while doing my order I bought one of their pastries and it was delicious. A disgusting monstrosity I ordered a beer stein cake to be made for my son's rehearsal dinner several months ago. To make sure the baker knew exactly what I wanted, I brought in a photo of the cake I wanted replicated along with the website address so Mario could take a closer look. When I went to pick up the cake this past Friday, they were still taking pictures of it, and when it was finally brought out, it was the most atrocious monstrosity I have ever seen. Tastes Terrible ! Bought a cake for my husbands birthday that costed around $ 200. It looked great but tasted horrible!!!! We took great pictures with the cake but we ended up throwing the entire cake!!! Total waste of money.

Chef Mario was extremely helpful to ensure that our demands were met. The cake was fabulous...from the design to the flavor, we could not expect anything more.
