I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience with Cakes by Marium. I ordered a wedding tasting box on 12/9 for delivery on 12/21. Buyer beware!!!!!! She will take your money, then not deliver the product or return phone calls, emails and texts. Two years in a row her website “crashed” for the Easter orders. We ordered from her last year for Easter, with no delivery on the day scheduled. She was difficult to get through to, and delivered a day later with no apology, just excuses. Buyer beware. Ordered donuts/ baked goods from her 2 years in a row for Easter. First year she did not deliver on the day we were scheduled for delivery. This year we tried to again order baked goods/ donuts that were supposed to be delivered the day before Easter. Not only did she not deliver the product, but has not answered or returned numerous phone calls to get our money back.
Marium is awesome! We’ve ordered from her multiple times, including for our wedding cake. Always impressed with the taste and presentation of her work. She was a little slow at responding to emails at times (busy with baking/cooking!), but we were still able to confirm all the details with plenty of time. We plan to order more desserts from her in the future!
