We called and asked if they had any cakes on Sunday. I didn't know this is an order only place. They had a cookies n cream cake that I guess no one picked up so we bought it. It looked nice. Got home to serve it for my sons birthday and it just fell apart. The frosting was rock solid. I think it was old. Such a shame. I appreciate the willingness to provide a cake so I gave them 3 stars. We paid $42 for a cake that was crumbling. This was a one and done for me.
I came across your lemon meringue tart at Berkeley bowl and it was very good. I also tried the chocolate Hennessy cake and really enjoyed it. It took me a minute to realize the sweets I liked are YOURS. Now I want to visit your shop. Great work. Looking forward to trying more.
I was a bit late ordering my custom cake considering the season! But Karl came through with an amazingly delicious, amazingly BEAUTIFUL cake as well as 90 cupcakes! Not a crumb left after my guests got done with it! Nothing but rave reviews and heartfelt thank your for Karl!
