HE IS VERY RUDE!!!!! He called my little sister “stupid” what kind of grown man calls a little girl stupid?!!! I am a business owner as well, and I would never call any fans or customer any kind of names, especially kids!!! He is a grown man. I am still in so much shock. I will never order from him or won’t be recommending his business to anyone.
If I could give zero stars I would!!! I paid $265 for a New England Patriots Cake about ten days ago. I need it for my boyfriend's birthday tomorrow! I text him this morning to get the info on where to pick the cake up at. He sends me an address. Cool! About an hour later he sends me this sorry ass excuse as to why he can't make the cake! If I could give fewer than 1 star I would. He was by far the most unprofessional person I've attempted to conduct business with. We contracted him over a month ago and set up a tasting. We live 5 states away and conducted most business via email and phone calls. When we arrived for our tasting his shop was empty and there were no lights.
