I really don’t get how this guy calls himself the kake king. Cupcakes were dry, cookies were overcooked and the owner is cocky as can be and rude
I ordered a cake for the holidays. The order was refunded hours after the scheduled pickup time, which could have been picked up until 6 p.m. I was informed that no number or date was selected, which is untrue; if you are unable to fulfill orders, please simply state so. Confirmation was issued, yet the situation remains unclear. It would have been more appropriate to cancel the order on Friday, as it was for a Thanksgiving event Tuesday.
