Jo-Anne is truly a food scientist! She helped us craft the perfect wedding cake for our wedding in July and also gave us so many other things to try! She was easy to work with, creative, and fun to do the tasting with! More importantly, the cake was exceptional! It looked absolutely gorgeous and the taste was superb. Try the chocolate cake and the peanut butter! You won't regret it :)
After talking to other Chicago newlyweds, I can tell you that no one has had the experience that Cake Chicago and the ICONIC Jo-Anne gives. Our tasting was not a "come eat cake, be overwhelmed, and leave" situation, it was a lesson in food science and cake chemistry.
