My 80th birthday party table cake from The Cake Specialist was perfection. At my request they created the flowers that were on my invitation so beautifully. It was gorgeous. And delicious! Chocolate cake either coconut filling and lovely frosting. It was almost a shame to cut into it, and we did, to everyone’s delight. Thank you, The Cake Specialist, for a perfect cake!

The Cake Specialist made some cakes for a wedding I attended in late May 2026. I was unable to get photos of both cakes as both had not been set up when I was allowed in the venue. I will say the chocolate one was delicious. It was not until the next day that I got to try the strawberry cake, it was better than delicious.
I had the cake specialist make my cake for our wedding. We tested a handful of flavors which was by far my favorite part of wedding planning. All were exceptional!!!!! The pricing was so fair compared to other places, the cake was amazing and the design was beautiful. The owner was easy to get ahold of and made this part of wedding planning effortless.
