Never buy from here! Do not go here for cakes! There are sooooo many better places to go for cake in Hampton Roads. They are unfriendly, rude, awful... the list goes on..... Bad cake, and bad people. Especially the older man there.... that man is possibly the worst human being on the planet. Save yourself the stress and time. Everyone I know has NOTHING good to say about this place! The worst place ever NEVER EVER buy from here! They are rude, mean, awful... and any other terrible adjective you can think of. The cakes are bad, and the customer service is even worse! The older man is the rudest human ever. NEVER BUY A CAKE FROM HERE. There are too many good places in hampton roads to choose from. DO NOT GO HERE! Do not waste your hard earned dollars here. They screw up every time and are unapologetic!
Do not order from here I ordered a cake from here. Sent them a picture of what I want. The lady said she could do that no problem. I received the completely wrong cake and no apologies! My husband called them and said it was the wrong cake (we had a relative pick it up, so she didn't know it was the wrong cake). They offered to refund our money if we came back after the party, when my husband went in to get the refund the owner yelled at him and told him all he will get is 15 dollars back...
