Such a bad customer service i just ask if you can write happy birthday on the cake the employee rudely reply that the designing employees are sick. Like what the hell why don’t you have enough people then?
We bought this dry bread with brown sugar , for 20$, thinking it must be amazing , it was super disappointing, and the owner would not give a refund, we like to stand behind local small business, but this owner wont even give 20$ back , to stand behind her product. I'm a business owner and I'd have no problem giving any money back , I've never had to , not happy with the owner or her dry bread ! I would t give a star but it gives you no choice
In planning my partners 70th birthday party, I left getting the cake to the last minute and in a panic I called Cake It Easy. I had a unique idea for the party.. it was heaven and hell themed. They were able to create my vision beautifully. The cake was PHENOMENAL! It was a huge hit and the centerpiece of what ended up being real good party! I highly recommend for all your cake years. Yum *came back to edit that i cant figure out how to add the photo - I'm old. 🤷♀️
