Cake Gypsy has been around since 2009 and was founded by Deanna Damen. They're known for their custom cakes and approximately 50 different flavors of cupcakes. They also offer vegan and gluten free options. I've been to both the Avon and Canton locations. Both great and had so many delicious cupcakes. I went in to purchase cupcakes and was told there was a new policy. We now have to complete a form to purchase cupcakes. This takes extra time and I miss the previous customer service experience of choosing cupcakes from the glass display. Please change back to the original way of ordering or I won't be coming back.
Usually my experience has been great .. I ordered online a few days ahead .. and I should’ve checked my order before I left. But the bag is stapled shut. Instead of getting two cafe mochas I got just plain chocolate .. lessons learned 🤷🏼♀️
