We are using cake for almost an year and we are really happy with it. Since we opened our restaurant all the issues we had cake customer service was ready to help us and walk us through to solve all of the issues. Easy to access from wherever you are and helpful tools to make the job less complicated.
We've had 2 POS systems before we tried CAKE. The very first one we had was already 5 years old so it was running really slow and just couldn't handle what we needed it to do. We upgraded that one to Clover and we had high hopes but it just really didn't work out for us. We had batching issues, the numbers weren't matching, and honestly it ended up making more work for us with bookkeeping. Since we switched, closing and reporting have been so much easier.
