Avoid if you can. I gave my townhouse in capital hill (Seattle) to them to manage/rent out and the revenue has been lower than what I would have gotten if I just rented out long-term. AVOID: This company is a scam. I booked a unit via Airbnb on the day of check-in the lockbox didn't work. I was waiting 5 hours in a car until very late that night they suggested I book a hotel. The next morning they stopped replying, I called them at 11 am, and they had no update for me. I called back at 1 pm (day 2), and they suggested using their lockbox.
