response to Beware Take Notice – We always stand behind our work and warranty it. I'm sure it was explained to the customer what the $95.00 charge was. This is the minimum charge for a service call. What happened was the safety sensors at the bottom of the door were knocked out of alignment after we had done the previous repair. It had nothing to do with the repair we had done, so the customer is always told there may be another charge after they explain what the problem is. BEWARE TAKE NOTICE – THEY DO NOT WARRANTY THEIR WORK despite what they might say. Less than 2 months ago I had my garage door repaired. It cost nearly $400. When the door malfunctioned, we called them back. It was repaired in less than ten minutes. Later we were presented with a bill for nearly $100. There had been no change or movement of the contents in my garage. We had even purchased the lubricant from them and performed the maintainance recommended.
