I’ve dropped in here twice. Coaching is amazing, Great atmosphere
Going to Cajun Crossfit is always the best part of my day. The coaches are beyond knowledgeable about the proper techniques, how to help you improve and always encouraging.The members are like family. Each and every person has motivated, pushed, and inspired me to go above and beyond of what I think I am capable of. Crossfit has changed me in all aspects of who I am. And there is no place better than Cajun Crossfit.
Awesome gym. First time ever doing crossfit. They were very welcoming and helped me through the techniques. As everyone finished the workout around me they turned their attention to those left (me) and cheered us on. Fantastic experience. Will be back.
