We were looking for a sign from the universe that would indicate where we should pull over and eat lunch during our road trip south of DC. The giant pink pig outside Crazy Cajun was that sign. We sat on the picnic benches outside and feasted on what felt like an endless pile of ribs, pulled pork, chicken and hush puppies smothered in homemade North Carolina style sauce. The only downside is that there are no public restrooms, but the 7 Eleven across the expressway has one.
