Thank you to Bobby and Dustin with Cajun Cooling Mechanical for taking care of our HVAC systems so quickly! We had two units go out within a few days time. I thought we would have to wait a while for service, but they were so fast and efficient. Dustin Coley showed up, got our new unit installed, then repaired the second before he was even scheduled to arrive! They also left no trace that they had been there. So nice to have professional service when you need it.
We have used Cajun 1 time. Dusty was very quick to answer a phone call, a text, and to call back. We had issues with our Rheem unit. Dusty went above and beyond the call to get the a/c back to working in our home. With just using Cajun 1 time it was very easy to find out these guys are worth their weight in gold. Only able to give 5 stars on google, these guys deserve 10. They are definitely our go to a/c people.
I called Bobby on Memorial day and he took my call. I explained to him that my AC was 22 years old and on its last leg. He had me a quote by the end of the day and called me the next day to set up an appointment. He and his crew showed up at the agreed time on Wednesday morning. They were all friendly and professional. They got to work and had my AC replaced and running by lunch time. I couldn't ask for a better experience. No more worries about my AC going out! I will be recommending them to friends and family!

I’ve used Cajun for four years! Between moving in and getting a new system for a really old house to the random calls about what did I do to it…lol….they have always answered and quickly shown up to fix the issue….even when it was my fault! They took care of dealing with the headache of the insurance stuff and show up very shortly after I call with a problem and never charge an arm and a leg!
