After many years of working with this firm, it's unfortunate to result in a poor experience with Michelle I moved out of state, and booked a virtual appointment 3 weeks in advance. I sent in the requested documents, and called the day before to confirm my appointment, and was told Michelle had to move it from 9:00 to 9:30 PST Come the day of...
