I had the worst experience ever having to wait an hour to be taken to the back then another hour to be seen unbelievable
I like Dr. Bogar and the care she provides, but the office is incredibly unprofessional and frustrating to deal with. Since March, I’ve been chasing authorization for medication and constantly hit dead ends. Calls go unanswered, promised callbacks never happen, and when I call back, I’m left on hold for an hour until they close—and then disconnected. This has happened repeatedly. My pharmacy has been trying to get ahold of them for weeks for an anti depression prescription refill. Many calls were made two days ago explaining the situation. I was told that someone would be handling it and calling back, but no one has. Just like the pharmacy said, they will not respond. Very unprofessional imo.
