3rd time they call 15 minutes before or I show up and they have to cancel my appointment. Definitely switching this is very unprofessional
They never answer their phone line, especially while business hours.
I had the worst experience ever having to wait an hour to be taken to the back then another hour to be seen unbelievable
I like Dr. Bogar and the care she provides, but the office is incredibly unprofessional and frustrating to deal with. Since March, I’ve been chasing authorization for medication and constantly hit dead ends. Calls go unanswered, promised callbacks never happen, and when I call back, I’m left on hold for an hour until they close—and then disconnected. This has happened repeatedly.
