Hit or miss… -Hatch chili pork, juicy and fantastic. Immediately wanted another bite. Seasoned well, nice citrus pop. -Black beans& rice, unbelievably bland. Sadly making a black bean taco boring & bland. -Ground beef taco had nice flavor. Round two, meh. -Fish taco lacked seasoning and acid. -Skirt steak chimichurri, had zero chimichurri sauce. Chewy beef. Disappointing. -Fried plantains were excellent.
