The taco flavors are excellent, but very small and overpriced. In order to equate to a normal restaurant meal, I find myself ordering 6 tacos ($38). A high quality sit-down meal doesn't cost that much...

Our group was really off put by the staffing and how they were rolling up burritos and handling food while not wearing gloves and then going right to the register to take people's cash and then go right back to the burrito never washing hands and never wearing gloves. It's right in front of you so you can clearly see it and that's just bad hygiene. The food was OK, but more bland than we had expected. I don't know that we'll be back.

The taco truck was one of the absolute highlights of our marriage celebration party. It was worth every penny. The food was delicious (the buffet spread of taco toppings was unreal - delicious, creative, and plentiful) and the staff was wonderful. Bryan was 100% positive the entire time despite nearly flood-like weather conditions with rain deluges for nearly two days straight at Elmore State Park. When I visit Hardwick for 5 days, I generally eat there 5 times. There is NO BETTER taqueria I have found outside of Mexico. Seriously. Fresh ingredients, perfect portions, fast service. I cannot promote them enough. But I'll try, because I definitely bought a T-shirt on my last visit!!
