We had the Caja Madera food truck cater our wedding welcome party a few weeks ago and they were awesome! The tacos were delicious and authentic. Having the truck there really created a fun festival or fair style atmosphere for our party and the guests seemed to like it. The guys on the truck serving the tacos were all very nice and efficient. Tacos- off the hook, really good mix of authentic flavors with the local ingredients of one of the best agricultural regions of the US. Beer- good local northern VT selection in cans, nice and cold. Owner- super cool, really enjoyed talking with him...And there are a throwing axes. These aren't the cheap ones that bounce back at you or don't even look like an axe, and it's not some dumb thing at a carnival where the game is rigged...owner is willing to give tips on technique. One of the best nights of my life.

We are so happy we chose Caja Madera to cater our welcome dinner! It was so easy to work with Bryan in the months leading up to our wedding, and the team did such a great job making sure our 85 guests were full and happy. And, of course, the tacos were phenomenal! If you are aiming for a fun and relaxed atmosphere and delicious food, I highly recommend Caja Madera.
