We used this company to register two new business. After a couple weeks of no response we reached out for a time line. We were informed by the employee handling our file that they assumed it was already completed by her a week ago. That assumption cost us a lot of time, money and aggravation. Our experience was not a pleasant one. We will never use this company again. Total waste of time and money!

You (Amanda) and your company have gone above and beyond what I expected in this process. Extremely misleading — small business owners, please be careful. I paid over $300 through Ontario Business Central when all I was trying to do was renew my existing business registration. I mistakenly believed I was using the service I needed to complete the Ontario renewal process. I later discovered that the process can be completed directly through the Ontario government website and is actually very simple and inexpensive.
