I am a 15+ year seasoned massage therapist, and have had a lot of massage and bodywork. Caitlyn is a phenomenal massage therapist! Her touch is very intentional and focused. She did a wonderful job checking in with me on pressure and reminding me to breathe on some of the more painful trigger points. Her work space is very cozy and clean. 10 out of 10!
I have nothing but the best things to say about Caitlyn and her massages. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a massage. I've had a few massages from her and have always felt like a new person afterward. She is very thorough, she is strong (good for deep tissue - but always asks if the pressure is too much or too little), and gifted with her abilities as a massage therapist. As a person, she is genuine, communicative, and makes you feel like family.
Hands down the best massage I have ever received!!!! Caitlyn is an absolute master of her craft!!! My body and mind felt completely reset after my hour with her, I left with my body feeling light and relaxed. She is an absolute gem in the world of massage therapy.
Caitlyn is the best! I'm also a massage therapist and she is my top LMT to see when in need. I practice jiu-jitsu and consistent sessions with her have helped me get through so many different injuries and feel better in my every day life. Caitlyn was hired for a bridal party I attended in Nashville, and it was the perfect end to a weekend of serious partying and a lot of dancing… we were all super sore by Sunday. The organizer had set up a room in the Airbnb, and Caitlyn turned that space into a zen garden. Mood lighting, relaxing music, and the deepest most relaxing massage I’ve ever experienced.
