I have seen Caitlyn for craniosacral therapy for the last 3 months. She has helped calm my nervous system down during periods of high stress, post-concussion, and after experiencing vertigo symptoms. I always add on an extra 30 minute head and neck massage to end each treatment session and that massage is always glorious!
Caitlyn came highly recommended from a client of mine (I’m a personal trainer) and she was RIGHT! She’s so good. Awesome massage, great space & Caitlyn was so kind. Will be going back!
Caitlyn is just a great therapist! I received ashiatsu today and it was wonderful. Her place is clean, tidy and very inviting. I felt very cared for. Definitely 5 stars.
**UPDATE 5/12/26**: Caitlyn recently began offering Ashiatsu massage, one of my favorite modalities. If you like deep tissue, I highly recommend you try it out! She uses her feet and bodyweight to deliver deep, luxurious pressure without it being painful. It really feels like your whole body is getting steam rolled, in the best way possible!! I am a 15+ year seasoned massage therapist, and have had a lot of massage and bodywork. Caitlyn is a phenomenal massage therapist! Her touch is very intentional and focused. She did a wonderful job checking in with me on pressure and reminding me to breathe on some of the more painful trigger points. Her work space is very cozy and clean. 10 out of 10!
