I have been visiting Dr. Zalar for yearly wellness check up for last two years. This time I had bad experience with surprise billing and charging for the services that was not provided. Even when contacted they didn't want to correct it, probably they are short staffed? Same person as nurse and as billing personnel. Looking for a new doctor now. Edit: After tiring back and forth communication they corrected it.
Dr Zalar listens. Very pleasant and actually seems interested in your overall well being. Staff very nice. I am retired Nurse and rather picky when it comes to my medical personnel. She went over all my doctors and medications. She was very thorough. Involved me in future treatment plans.
Dr. Zalar and her staff are incredible. The difference in both of our health has been a huge plus in our quality of life!!!
