Caitlin has done my hair twice this year now. I have been so happy both times! My color turned out much better than it had been with my previous sylist, and the color wore out so much better. I have a lot of grays on top and they were so visible after 3 weeks before going to Caitlin. I did not have a good experience with this stylist. From the beginning, the service was disappointing. When I went for my consultation to change my hair color from natural chestnut with auburn tones to blonde, she attended me while standing in front of a mirror, without even inviting me to sit or touching my hair to assess its condition. It was uncomfortable to discuss what I wanted in front of other people, with no sense of privacy. Another issue was communication. Caitlin is simply amazing! I saw her a few weeks ago for a short bob and lived in highlights. I absolutely love my hair and she did the best job! I was nervous about going this short (as it was my first time) but she walked me through it and was so encouraging the whole time. She even took the time at the end to show me how to style it at home and use the curling iron properly, which is huge when you have no idea what you're doing! You will love your time with her and the outcome - book now! I know I'll be back!
