Following my esophagectomy/laryngectomy surgery in April, I had terrible knots in my neck and back. I began seeing Caitlin and she has worked wonders for me. Because of the kind of surgery I had, I can only do chair massages. She is able to pinpoint where there are issues and works gently but thoroughly to resolve them. Caitlin is a great! She really listens to any issues you have and I can tell she is always working on improving her practice and givinnnme suggestions on how I can benefit from small changes in my daily routine to help with pain/stress. I have been seeing her for over a year (Ashiatsu Massage) and I am lucky to have found her. Her studio is calming and she is a pro!
Caitlin is absolutely amazing! She can get out even the tightest kinks. Caitlin has given me several massages, but more resently I had my first Reiki session with her, I was very skeptical at first trying it just because I'd never done it before, part way threw my shallow breathing was noticeably calmer,I slept like a baby after and all my muscles were relaxed when I woke in the AM .Definitely worth a try, she Knows what she's doing !
