The audiologist conducted the hearing test with professionalism and integrity, which I appreciated, as accuracy is the most important part of the visit. However, the overall demeanor felt somewhat cold and not very warm or welcoming. A more friendly and engaging approach would have made the experience more comfortable. That said, the technical aspects of the hearing evaluation were handled well.
