Wow! I took my 85 year old mom with a walker there. I am from out of town and the roundabouts really messed me up. The building is also huge. After a few wrong turns and several wrong entrances we were 10 minutes late. They told us we would need to come back another time. I understand if it was just me but you could see I had my hands full. I guess I expected a little empathy from someone that sees elderly patients. I am very disappointed.
Dr. Caitlin Harmon is a breath of fresh air, has awesome professional skills and a caring nature!
Dr Harmon was very attentive and thorough in her examination and detail gathering. She listened to my concerns and gave opinions and suggestions.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent visit, which was as a new patient. I felt rushed throughout the appointment and ultimately dismissed. After approximately 15–20 minutes of discussion, the doctor appeared to conclude the visit without asking whether I had any additional questions.
