Caitlin has been taking care of all of our insurance needs for over 10 years, including home, auto and life insurance for a family of 5. She has helped us get through some difficult situations and we appreciate how she continuously works to make sure everything is working for us in the best possible way and we are covered in all aspects!
Caitlin and her team are always there with the answers we want, whether it's a question about car insurance (are we covered for rental cars?), homeowner's policy, earthquake, or whatever! Solid advice and great service from a responsive team.
Caitlin is so thorough and puts things into terms that are easily understood. I highly recommend her as an agent. She has been mine for years and even though I moved, I remain her client. Max, Caitlin’s assistant is absolutely amazing!! He knows the business in and out, is confident, kind and follows through with emails and calls. I have just as much confidence in him as I do Caitlin. I know that if she is unavailable, I can ask Max and he will take care of whatever I need. What a great team!!
