A lovely space, relaxing and cozy. I appreciate that Caitlin asks clients to complete a questionnaire about your skin and your care routine before the initial visit. And until this experience, I thought that post-facial skin would be sensitive and irritated, but after my Hydro-Derm Oxygen Facial, none of that at all — just refreshed and hydrated. Looking forward to using the sunscreen that I picked up as well!
I’ve been seeing Caitlin because I was really struggling with my acne, and the difference I’ve seen has been incredible. Not only has my skin completely turned around, but my confidence has too. I owe so much of that to her. She creates such a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space that I genuinely look forward to every session. Her treatments have been effective, and parts of the sessions even feel relaxing and restorative. I can’t recommend her enough!
Caitlin is great. Her facials are amazing. She talks with you first to understand your needs, and then proceeds with an amazing treatment. A friend gave me a gift certificate and I have happily returned. Highly recommend.

I wrote the first review over a year ago. I still stand behind it. Caitlin is really good. I have tried some new products this last year as she suggested. I don’t use much on my face but the new ones are great. I appreciate she can evaluate my needs and consider my lifestyle. I need simple streamlined care routines.
