Owner Jimmy Nichols responded to my emails quickly and gave great advice about the North Bend Rail Trail. I used the shuttle service. I was completely worn out for the last 26 miles of the 72 mile adventure. I had severe leg and foot cramps requiring me to get off of the bike every 2 or 3 miles to walk them loose. This caused me to be very late in completing my total trip. I was happy to see Jimmy waiting for me at the end. He had no complaints and quickly returned me back to the Wolf Summit trailhead.
