We had an excellent experience with Cairo Contracting. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very patient throughout the entire process. The installation was done carefully, cleanly, and on time. He explained everything clearly and made sure the stair lift was working perfectly before leaving. We really appreciate the great service and attention to detail. The stair lift has made a big difference in comfort and safety at home. Highly recommended!
Raman (sales/site inspection) and Karan & Guru (install) were terrific. They thoroughly explained the lift system, installation plan, and addressed all of my questions. Karan also reviewed all aspects of the installation before starting the install. After installation he patiently explained the lift system to my 87-year old mom (and me) and ensured she was comfortable using it. Thanks to Raman she enjoys using the lift - on its first day of installation. I will definitely recommend Cairo V clean and well done 👏 Ty

Handicare 1100 installed in a townhouse. Cairo provided an efficient service throughout, the installation team was polite and organised (and patient while our dog and kids came up and down the stairs at various times during installation) They also gave good explanation of how to operate. Overall we are pleased and would definitely recommend.
We are very happy the ramp is finally in. The men who did the installation were very proficient and explained all the steps of the work as they progressed. They obviously have installed many similar ramps as the job was done quickly and efficiently. Thank you Raman.
