These people charge like wounded bulls. A simple biopsy was the same price as their way-over-the-schedule consultation fee. They don’t offer anything above what you would get at your local GP at a standard consultation price. And for the reception staff not to tell you on arrival that the doctor is running half an hour late is simply insulting. I had to have a third excision of a squamous cell carcinoma that 2 previous doctors had been unable to fully remove. I was really scared. Dr Lotsu, Dr Miller and nurse Helen were fantastic and really caring, Dr Lotsu even played calming music for me. If I ever have to have any excisions will not be as scared and the reception ladies are also lovely.

First time patient and was seen today by Dr Lotsu. He was efficient, thorough and absolutely lovely to deal with. My husband sees Dr Gordillo and has the same things to say. Great clinic
