What an incredible team these people are! Not only did they respond quickly and with patience to assist me, even with my dodgy directions, (I think the legend on the other end of the phone's name was Wayne) with a flat tyre and no workable spare, (as my spare also had a screw in it, and had been chucked in my boot to get rid of by a helpful friend during a blowout 4 months previously ) , Technician Luke problem solved, kicked "flat tyre with issues butt " and ensured I got home safely. and was friendly, professional and darn... read more
