Absolutely disappointed and would never stay here again. Paid $160 a night and it felt like a complete rip-off. The moment we walked into the room, we were hit with a strong mix of cigarette smoke and a horrible, damp mouldy smell that made it hard to breathe. It was so bad we had to leave the door open for ages just to air it out. The shower curtain in the bathroom was covered in black mould spots – clearly hadn't been cleaned or replaced in years. Customer Service excellent. Rooms are very nice and clean.
The rooms were not cleaned properly there was still soap in bath and soap holder was full of old soap. The air conditioning is set to 24 so no turning it down. The was a dirty dish cloth under the sink, no clean ones.
Housekeeping needs to do better. It has a neglected feel, desperately needs a deep clean from the ceiling to the floor. Smelly and dated. Good size apartment though. The location is quiet and close to shops etc. management is friendly.
