Ok for overnight stay... looked like mould in the bathroom and shower

We stayed at the Cairns Reef Apartments for around three weeks while our motorhome was in for repairs. Keryn was very kind and caring, kept us in accommodation and made us feel welcome at all times, thank you to all the staff, your support during this trying time was very much appreciated.
Stayed here on 01/07/2026 and was disgusted with the state of the rooms my co worker and I were booked in to, black mold on the ceilings and walls throughout, a broken bathroom window, none of the blinds were in working order, cobwebs everywhere, gross slimy mold on the silicone bathmat and water still underneath it, bathtub didn't look like it had been cleaned for months, washing machine had hair and other unknown stringy crap stuck in the agitator, the cupboard under the kitchen sink smelled like death when I opened it, bi... read more
