Toilet's doesn't have fresh air fan to let steam out of shower and we have to be very cautious of opening toilet door because it was next to fire alarm and if it goes we have to pay a fine of 1330 dollars as per the note in the room. Location is the only best part of booking this hotel which is close to city centre and other prime localities.

A really great value place to stay but the staff make it. Everyone on reception was super helpful but Ismael from Ibiza was so helpful and funny. He made us some great recommendations, couldn't have been more helpful and even practiced my Spanish with me. I would go back for sure.

HISのパックツアーでこのホテルを利用させていただきました！ まるでアパートのようなホテルで、とても満足いくケアンズステイができました！ 感動したところ ①スタッフの方が全員親切！ 私たちがホテルに到着したのは14時前でしたが、たまたま部屋の準備ができていたから、と早めに室内に案内していただけました。 深夜の長時間フライトと日本とは違う気候に疲れがピークだったので、とても助かりました！ （でもこれは運なので…私たち以外の方でも多くの方がロビーでチェックインを待っていました） あとは3人だったからか 寝室は2つ、冷蔵庫は2ドア、電子レンジあり、洗濯機と乾燥機ありとで最強のお部屋でした！ ちょっと残念だったは 部屋の壁が薄く、夜だととても響く。 あとは1階部屋だったこともあり、虫が侵入してしまいましたが、スタッフの方がすぐにやっつけてくれました。 あとは部屋の中にBOXティッシュがないので、日本から2箱ほど持って行かれることをお勧めします。 あと、備え付けのシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープのポンプが壊れかけていて、なかなか出ないのも難点でした。 市内から遠いのも難点です。大体タクシーで120ドルくらいでした。 でも、トータル的には とても... read more
