Luxuriously comfortable bed and solid walls made for an excellent night's sleep. Good water pressure in shower and plenty of amenities available. Check in was a breeze, and Nita upon check out was a delight to converse with! All the House Keeping staff I encountered were cheerful and said hello. Close to airport and CBD, over all, a great accommodation experience
Cockroach infested
Clean and tidy rooms on a budget. Would stay again. Shared Bathroom option was ok, bit small with only one toilet and shower per level.
Very tiny room. Mini mini fridge with no shelves so can barely hold anything (see pic). Probably why they gave us this small milk for 6 days. Peeling paint in the shower (see pic) so each time you wash yourself, you end up with paint on your feet. Exhaust not working so make sure you do number 2 when your partner is not here. The management is aware so they ask you to close the door while showering so the alarm is not activated (see photo). Terrible experince with booking online and arriving to see that the room i booked has no ensuite bathroom or shower attached to it. nothing about not having a toilet in the room on the website, website had heaps of photos of bathrooms. complete false advertising of the rooms with no bathrooms. trash hotel don't stay here. they also denied my refund, toxic staff.
