Good living high class star 5 star hotel
I booked an accessible room because of my mobility disability. The room is not accessible for someone in a wheelchair was very difficult to navigate thankfully I was able to make it work with my mobility walker
We stayed in C block room 105. When we booked we asked about a microwave, crockery and cutlery in the room. Was told NO. "You have to go over to the kitchen". When we arrived there was both. Very annoyed!!!!Reception staff should know what what Queens Court has in their Rooms. It was an excellent room, exceptionally clean and great for our little dog to go out to garden. Will return next trip to Cairns.
Arrived early for check in after a stressful morning. Nita and the team were amazing and very accommodating, absolute life savers! Facilities are great, showers and toilets separate from rooms, but clean and up to a great standard. Communal pool available. Overall a fantastic experience, thank you so much Nita for for making this stay as present as possible.
