Staff always try to do their best, are friendly and approachable
Had a very bad experience. First experience at the clinic and all they made me feel is that I am a bad mom. They showed no signs of empathy or they may have but seemed really pretentious. It saddened me to see a clinical nurse more obsessed in providing instructions than showing interactions a crying child. Also making us parents feel like we are absolutely stupid. I am pretty sure there are better ways in delivering the message across in a way that isn’t derogatory. It’s public system but kindness is free. Just be kind and ... read more
