Just bought a bush ranger self propelled mower from these guys and I can honestly say I have never had service like this before…..anywhere. They were so knowledgeable, really friendly and they even started it up and showed us everything about the mower before they helped to put it in the back of the Ute.
No other shop compares in Cairns. I can not speak highly enough of the whole team. Anything you need in this space, they will get you sorted. Cut above the rest.
Took my Brush Cutter in for warranty as the head was over heating badly. When I booked it in I was told it would take 2 weeks on hearing that i said " I'm not happy" Another member of the staff on hearing this went on the attack. Told me to take it home to which I said its here for warranty. After awhile of being talked down to I just said its here for warranty and walked out. I will not lower myself to his standard. If you’re in need of a service for your mower just stop your googling right now and take it to these guys. My crappy little victa has been on the fritz after a long hard summer and Cairns Mower City have returned it to me looking and performing like a new mower. I could tackle the MCG with this thing it’s absolutely humming. The guys are very friendly and they turned it around very quickly too.
