Slick sales and then it goes down hill. Every time I walked out of the shop I felt jilted. The bushranger equipment appears to be cheap Chinese stuff painted another colour. The mower I bought spent months at the shop on two occasions with no parts available whilst still under warranty. Servicing is sub par with a problem every time. When issues happen they take no responsibility and threaten to charge another service fee. The whole team at Cairns Mower City are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. From start to finish, they were really helpful. I’m very happy with my purchase. Very affordable and reliable. I never thought I’d be so excited about buying a new lawnmower. Highly recommend these guys. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. ☺️

They quoted me $400 to fix my blower because it was stuffed pretty much and brought some parts on amzon for $50 and fixed it myself

Had a great interaction with Chris at Mower City while I was there on work. He helped fix my Yard Force 4-stroke like a Captain! Was spewing oil but now only spews grass clipping!!
