Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in cairns, down to management, staff, policies and ohs procedures not followed. Don’t book here unless you want to risk disease from Dirty towels and linen from old tenants in your ‘serviced’ room and abuse from angry manager entering your room violently. I’d give 0 stars if I could! Do not stay here!!! Disgusting!!!!
Also used Troys rubbish removal Cairns to move some furniture out of the apartment.
Nothing objectively wrong with the room just feels like a dirt cheap place you'd stay in Thailand, shame it's about 20 times the price
