Excellent Dr's, I have been going here for about 20 years. The Dr's and nurses always make me feel comfortable.

Dr. Mondary is an amazing OBGYN! Hands down she listens and makes sure I'm heard and does all the tests I ask of her. She asks if I want birth control and when I decline she doesn't push. If I tell her a concern of mine she gives me an appropriate answer as to why it may or may not be an issue, but what she can do for me anyways if I'd like. My only complaints are that one time they got my appointment wrong, whoever scheduled me told me a certain day and when I had come in the lady told me it was the week after. Dr Mondary is very nice and caring. She makes me feel comfortable during visits and she asks questions, she even asked if I wanted birth control and I didn’t even have to mention it. I will never go to another doctor, because I don’t think it’s possible for anyone to be as nice as her! Also, the desk staff person was very nice.

When I first needed and OBGYN, I was recommended to this place by friends. The person I would see was Dr. Cairns. I was only 17/18 when I went and Dr. Cairns did my exam. Obviously nervous, I was playing on my phone. She scolded me like I was her child and told me to, “put it away”. She was also tougher than a corncob. Was not at all welcoming and made my first obgyn appointment so uncomfortable and unpleasant I didn’t want to go back. All that aside, my friend also went here. I used to be a patient and never had an issue with most staff. However, my sister received a bill on 5/5/22 from JC collection for $700. A year and a half after her daughter was born stating she had until 5/17/22 to pay the amount or it was being sent to collections. Although she had Caresource at the time. She called Julie from billing who informed her it wasn’t *actually* going to collections it’s just a tactic to get people to pay.
