Definitely would never recommend this mechanic. On 24th June 2026 we bought a car from a private seller. The seller used this mechanic (Cairns Mobile R.W.C and C.I) to provide a RWC. We have the original assigned safety certificate showing this was done. Due to having another car become available, and the car not being totally suitable, we decided to sell. Would not recommend at all!! Just bought a car a few weeks back, wanted to sell it due to it not suiting our family and had a RWC done at another mechanic only to find out it did not pass apparently due to multiple worn tyres, yet RWC got approved by this company upon selling to us within less than 1 month and less than 100km of use on the car. Unlike other places, mechanics will own up to mistakes and amend missed issues however this guy was absolutely rude and accused us for “replacing” our tires. He was rude to us and the... read more
