Darcy and Josh came out to investigate a water leak at my property after I noticed my water bills had doubled. They quickly located a pinhole leak in the copper pipe and fixed it on the spot, leaving the site neat and tidy. Both Darcy and Josh were very polite and professional and did an excellent job. Darcy also took the time to explain everything clearly and kept me informed throughout the process, which was greatly appreciated. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Great service from start to finish!
In ,out, friendly, they were happy to answer all questions, fixed the problem, explained how the meter works, excellent service
What legends! Darcy and Josh saved the day! Finding a concealed leak in a matter of minutes and repaired it immediately. But Darcy goes above and beyond to explain and showcase everything they do, from the first phone call describing how their visit will work to the reason why the leak happened in the first place and how they’ll repair it from the long term. Best plumbing customer service ever! Absolute legends!
The guys located the leaking pipe, trouble shoot, test and fix the problem. Very nice guys, explained as they went. Left a clean work area. Would definately call again if needed.
The guys were able to come out on short notice and had the leak located and fixed in less than an hour and a half. Fantastic service and great blokes and reasonable pricing.
