Those 1 Star Reviews are just wrong. Too frequently clients come to lawyers with totally unrealistic expectations. Sure, there are lawyers who will tell that prospective client that they have a great case. But, the Cairns won't. Tell tell their prospective client's - up front - what their chances are for success. If the client then decides to go ahead, Joe and Jarica will do their best to represent their client. They represent my ex. I am unrepresented by counsel and they take advantage of that. After 14 years my ex decided he wanted to take me to court for visitation after being an absent parent for the entire 14 years while living in another state. He got his measley visitation and his child support was supposed to be increased. Our final court hearing was in June 2025. She is absolutely the worst communicator I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life took my money did absolutely nothing never filed anything never returned. Phone calls stay far far away from this lawyer . She is horrible. And in fact, I will be reporting her to the bar.
