Absolutely horrid and just sad. Takes advantage of those in need of his services and rings in the cash while letting them stay in the dark. It’s not about “unrealistic expectations”… it’s about doing your job as a lawyer … filing what needs to be filed, etc. not being lazy and selfish… and if you are too busy to take on more cases and actually do the work, then don’t do it. Very sad that this “law firm” is still actually in business. Shame shame shame.
I would not recommend Jarica Cairns as a Guardian ad Litem. I waited years to write this. She is no longer involved in our case, and enough time has passed that this is no longer a question of opinion. It is a question of what happened. My issue was never that she questioned me. A Guardian ad Litem should question both parents. My issue is that her assessment rested on a prediction about the mother I would become, and the prediction was wrong. If I could give a zero star, I would. Joe Cairns is a scammer and took a large lump of money and was absolutely not aggressive in court!! He is totally unreachable, not communicative and Let me sink in court when I had physical proof, etc. . Do not waste your time nor money on this law firm! Be aware, like someone stated before it’s like a shady car dealership!!!!
