A nice place to stay in Cairns, but the reception service could have been better. The man at the front desk seemed quite sluggish and not very friendly. We also had trouble getting into the hotel in the evening because the phone number listed on Booking didn’t answer and the gate was locked. Fortunately, another guest let us into the hotel area.
Heavily overpriced.
