Can't get through on the phones on Fridays. Twice has had to reattend for the same job. "Will be back tomorrow" And hasn't shown up. Incredibly poor organisational skills.
Excellent level of service. The company promised same day service & came in a couple of hours. Technician Mallique was very professional & helpful. This company will be the go to for any future calls. Have no hesitation in recommending them.
Had a window break outside of business hours and I was able to speak to someone immediately. They advised cost as an emergency versus during normal hours and were able to fit me in the following day. Good communication and prompt service.
Awsome service. I can't thank you enough for the amazing service you gave us after our break in. Rob came quickly and took control, which was one less thing I had to worry about.
