The reception and service staff were very welcoming and accommodating, but the rooms were a real disappointment. The bathroom grout had a lot of old mould, the mattress felt like springs covered by a blanket, and although the rooms are non-smoking, the smell of smoke from other guests came through the bathroom window. On top of that, the walls offered little soundproofing — I was woken at 6am by a neighbour being sick. The whole place desperately needs a deep clean or a revamp.
I have been staying here for 9 years now and the rent has increased by over 50%. The limited office hours and lack of interest by the management makes it quite frustrating at times.
Really loved this place for our honeymoon!
