Nice and clean room with all necessary facilities. The staff is nice where she let me check in the room early because of my jet lag I could take a good rest. Though it is a bit far from Cairns city there are taxis and ubers you can use anytime and the place is peaceful and quiet I will come back next time I am in Cairns

Office staff have no idea nor consideration for their guest. No confirmation on amendments to accommodation and simply order you out after numerous phone calls to the Resort.

There’s NO resort here..here, there’s NO resort! Sorry, but if providing a swimming pool and barbecue in your backyard qualifies as a ‘resort’, then a third of the residents in Nth QLD have ‘resorts’ and don’t even know it!! It’s a 3 star motel at best, with a number of permanent residents using it as their forever retirement home. The parking is random and quite tight, unless you’re driving a mini.
