Very professional and efficient staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Nobody wants to have a colonoscopy, let’s be honest. However, I can honestly say that my experience of this procedure from booking the appointments through to interaction with Dr Chin at the pre and post appointment, as well as on the day of the procedure was all to a very high standard. Dr Chin, somehow made talking about bowel habits feel completely normal. He is a kind and lovely doctor, who takes the time to listen.
