The office staff were very poor with product knowledge.
Disgraceful, apparently to pull down and put up 32 meters of fencing is to small, they will come to your house and throw the supplies on your lawn and you have a crack at it and do it yourself. NO where on their website says it has to be commercial quantity only Bloody Joke. This crap would not happen down south.
Rang up for someone to come around for a quote on anew fence was told to send email of details and if someone came over they would charge $150 for that i dont know of any other fencing contractor in cairns to charge for a quote or any other tradesman for that matter .
