Second visit. I arrived 20 minutes early, was seen by two technicians prior to seeing Dr Todd. Paid for invoice and ready to go home 1 hour later 👍
Excellent service by all staff, thorough diagnostic screening and explanation by Dr Andrew Field left me feeling totally confident that I was in the right place to manage my eye health
!! Do yourself a favour and read this !! Cairns Eye Surgery are not only dirty money makers, but also extremely poor surgeons. Not only was I waiting hours in the wait rooms despite showing up early, but they also kept delaying appointments, forcing extra appointments which cost far too much only to ‘discuss’ the initial, pre-pre, pre and the post process. Kind, professional and intergrated expert care .. sums up the treatment I have been received for years during my care of glaucoma. Dr Todd has supported me through tiered levels of care and treatments .. Dr Brian is a true professional and has many years of experience and keeps up with the latest developments.
